Our incredible 45-minute Santa’s Grotto Experience is back for 2024 – and you can now book your tickets!

Help Jinxy our Head Elf spread Christmas cheer with our craft and activity session, followed by a festive singalong with Santa.

During your Experience, you will be invited in family groups into the grotto to meet Santa for a personalised visit, and every child will be gifted with a charming snuggle plush to take home. 

Tickets are £20 for a 45-minute Group Experience and will include all activities with our Elves, and a plush gift from Santa.

Each family group includes 2 adult tickets free of charge, extra adult tickets charged at £5.
