Relevant details in the promotional material relating to the competition, including information on how to enter, deadlines for entry and prize details, also form part of these conditions.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
   1. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the competition, entry is open to everyone aged 18 or over in the UK except our employees or those of our group companies, members of their immediate families or households and anyone else associated with the administration of the competition.
   2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
   3. Where prizes are offered with an age rating, entrants must meet the minimum age requirement.
   4. Only one entry per person per competition is permitted. Entries must be submitted by the named entrant and will be invalid if found to come from a third party. Multiple entries from a single source (e.g. ‘competition entry’ websites or companies) will be disqualified.
      
      
3. How to enter
   1. Entries must be submitted in the manner required in the published details of the competition.  If the published details of the competition specify entry by email or via a website, participants may also enter by post to Oswaldtwistle Mills, Moscow Mill, Colliers Street, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, BB5 3DE.
   2. If the published details of the competition do not state that the competition is only open to purchasers of a particular product, no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
   3. There is no charge for entry.
   4. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
   5. Entry can only be made online.
   6. The competition ends as specified on the competition page. No entry received after that time will be considered.
      
      
4. The prize
   1. The number of prizes is as specified on the competition page.
   2. No cash alternative will be offered in place of prizes.
   3. We reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes will only be sent to UK addresses.
   4. The prize winner will be decided manually by us at random.
   5. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
      
      
5. Winner announcement
   1. The prize winner/s will be notified by email, telephone or via Direct Message, within 5 days of the competition closure date. Our decision is final and we will not enter into correspondence regarding winner selection or competition rules.
      
      
6. Claiming the prize
   1. The prize winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to respond and claim their prize.
   2. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim a prize within 7 days from the time of notification, that winner will forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner.
   3. We do not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize for any reason.
      
      
7. Ownership of competition entries
   1. All competition entries become our property and will not be returned.
      
      
8. Publicity
   1. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
      
      
9. General
   1. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by us on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.
   2. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus or bug or other cause beyond our reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest.
   3. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
   4. The email address you provide to enter the competition will be used by us to contact you if necessary, and will not be shared with other companies. We will only use your email address in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   5. We reserve the right to terminate or withdraw this competition at any time.
